We bought this unit in 2012 and fully refurbished and redecorated it.
The apartment has AC on demand. It is probably the most luxurious budget apartment you will ever book. Guests tell us that they spend hours on the balcony gazing at the ocean, watching the sunset and the beach life on the avenue below.
